Brittany is the Regional Manager for Shift’s Maples programs in British Columbia, bringing over 10 years of experience in social services and youth care. She has led programs supporting high-risk youth in staffed residences, guiding care and transition planning, mentoring staff teams, and building strong partnerships with the Ministry of Children and Family Development (MCFD), Child and Youth Mental Health (CYMH), and community agencies.
Brittany holds a Bachelor of Social Work from the University of Victoria with a specialization in Child Protection. Drawing on advanced training in trauma-informed practice, crisis intervention, and youth mental health, Brittany is passionate about creating safe, supportive environments where young people can thrive.
