While there are many different teambuilding programs available, few seem to focus on building an effective, connected team focusing on the one special thing they all have in common: working with kids. Our teambuilding workshops will not only have your staff thinking about how they work with each other as a team, but about the interpersonal skills they have and need to have when they work with students. Special attention is given to ways to engage students and address ongoing issues. Various formats and activity levels are available.
