Sherri has been the right hand of the Shift team since 2014, and could best be described as a “Swiss army knife” of business operations. Sherri oversees all accounts, operations and human resources for Shift’s operations and holdings. Sherri has key experiences in business from her work building and selling a national franchise. She is empathetic having coordinated client care operations in large long term care facilities. She is extremely knowledgeable and skilled in the areas of human resources, labour codes, taxation, accounting, bookkeeping, marketing and more. Sherri gives 100% to every project and is an excellent problem solver who knows the importance of both the big picture and the small details.
