Mairin works as Shift’s HR & Administrative Assistant and supports in the recruitment and hiring process. She holds an Honours Bachelor of Arts in Political Science with a minor in Sociology from St. Francis Xavier University, and plans to complete a Master of Arts in Political Science from Concordia University in the coming months. Mairin has previously worked for two provincial MLAs and held several academic and student leadership positions throughout her post-secondary education.
